Services

We offer a range of web accessibility services

We can help you identify issues with accessibility across all your digital touchpoints.
If you like us too much, then we can also help you resolve the issues.

Accessibility Testing

We can help you identify accessibility issues across all your digital touchpoints. If you like us too much, then we can also help you fix the issues.

Here is how we conduct accessibility testing:

  • Understand your needs and define the scope of accessibility testing.
  • First, run some automated accessibility tests to save time and money.
  • Manual accessibility test for style sheet code, keyboard accessibility, and for ensuring the user interface is accessible to screen readers, Dragon Naturally Speaking, switch control, etc.
  • Log the found issues in your defect management system (if you do not have one, then we have a magic tool called MS Excel).
  • QA and Development should fix them and we will re-test them so that your software is ADA/WCAG AA compliant.
  • Repeat this process until you feel confident that your product designs are accessible and you are legally safe.

Accessibility Design

Occasionally, you don't want to waste too much time and money fixing things later. Certainly, we can design your software from the very beginning to be accessible.

Our accessibility design process looks like this:

  • Using color, fonts and images in the correct way, we can first design high-fidelity mockups so most of your accessibility issues can be addressed right here.
  • As soon as you are happy with the mockups (that is very important to us), we can begin coding your stylesheet and front-end (we can code in any font-end technology. Try us).
  • As we've designed and coded, of course we'll test our code to ensure it is accessible.
  • Our team works with yours to integrate our 100% reusable prototype code, so your developers won't have to rewrite UI.
  • Repeat this process until you feel confident that your product designs are accessible and you are legally safe.

Accessibility Legal Support

We hope you will never need this service. We don't want you to be sued by anyone from anywhere.

However, if someone sues you, we will assist you with every step of the way (Afterall, there are 39+ laws requiring accessibility throughout the world).

Most cases you will receive an ADA demand letter complaining that you are not compliant with Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act. We can do the following to limit liability and ensure sustainable compliance.

Here is how we will help you during your legal process:

  • First, we'll need to find and partner with an in-house or external legal counsel.
  • We can help you review the demand letter and determine whether the claims are legitimate and applicable based on the country where you operate.
  • Once we find the claim is valid, we will test your software and prepare the plan to find and resolve the accessibility issues in your response to the demand letter.
  • After completing the accessibility testing and resolving all issues. We can provide VPAT and other documentation support to your legal counsel.

Audit Process

In big projects, accessibility processes are essential, but we don't believe in rigidity, so we assess the work's requirements and apply them accordingly.

1

Accessibility Audit (Manual and Automated)

  • Gather Requirement & Define Test Cases
  • Perform Auto-Test (Axe, Wave, ARC)
  • Perform Manual-Test (Keyboard Test, Focus Order, Content Sequence, UI Code)
  • Perform Assistive-Tech-Test (JAWS, TalkBack, VoiceOver, Magnifiers)
2

Log Defects & Documentation

  • Report Issues Using Defect Management Tool (TFS/Jira/DevOps)
  • Weekly Accessibility Dashboard Reporting
  • Add Accessibility Standards in Design System and UI Libraries
3

Fix Issues & Trainings

  • Front-End UI Code (CSS, HTML, JS)
  • PDFs, Images and Graphs
  • Audio and Video
  • Training to Developers for WCAG and WAI-ARIA
4

Re-Audit & Repeat

  • Re-Validate Fixed Issues for Sign-Off
  • Re-Audit with Every Major Code Change
